We recommend reserving your rentals as early as possible, especially for weddings, holidays and peak event dates. Popular items and specialty rentals may book well in advance. Last-minute orders are always welcome and will be accommodated based on availability.

Yes. We understand that event plans and guest counts can change. Additions are subject to availability, and reductions may be subject to the terms of your rental agreement. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible when changes are needed and at least 3 days in advance.

Pink Dolphin Event Rentals serves Southwest Florida and surrounding areas, including Sarasota and Tampa. Delivery outside our standard service area may also be available. Contact us with your event location and we'll be happy to provide delivery information.
